Reell's standard electric wrap spring clutch design gives you the ability to drive a high amount of torque in a small package. Available in a broad range of sizes and load capacities for motion control applications up to 75 lb-in (8.5 N-m) total load, our electric clutch line is ideally suited for intermittent motion applications requiring consistent timing performance over life. Long life (LL) electric clutches are designed for applications with high input revolutions, extending the clutch bearing life by 2-10x depending on the load and duty cycle requirements.

 

  • Reell EC15 Clutch

    The Model EC15 transfers up to 1.7 N-m (15 lb-in) of total load with consistently repeatable performance for one million actuations.

  • Reell EC20 CCBLL

    The model EC20 Clutch Brake Long-Life (EC20CBLL) design provides stopping and holding torque in addition to clutching. It provides 2.26 N-m (20 lb-in) of total load over a life of 1 million actuations

     

     

  • Reell EC25 Clutch

    The model EC25 high performance clutch has proven ideal for applications requiring consistent, repeatable performance for 1 million actuations at 2.83 N-m (25 lb-in) of total load.

  • Reell EC25LL Clutch

    The model EC25 Long-Life (EC25LL) design is optimized for applications which have higher hour and/or input revolution requirements up to 80 million bearing revolutions.

  • Reell EC30LL Clutch

    The model EC30 Long-Life is optimized for applications which have hour and/or input revolution requirements up to 80 million bearing revolutions. It provides 3.39 N-m (30 lb-in) of total load over a life of 1 million actuations.

  • Reell EC30XP

    The model EC30XP high performance clutch has a slightly larger bore allowing the use of a stiffer shaft for higher load applications. It provides 3.39 N-m (30 lb-in) of total load over a life of 1 million actuations.

  • Reell EC75LL Clutch

    The model EC75 Long-Life is optimized for applications which have hour and/or input revolution requirements up to 80 million bearing revolutions. It is rated for one million actuations at 8.5 N-m (75 lb-in) of total load.

  • Reell Slip Devices

    Reell in-line slip devices increase the life of clutch components by providing a constant inline torque which reduce the engagement shock due to inertia.
