Designed as a conventional door-hinge with 270° of rotation, the MH12 features a durable lightweight glass-filled nylon housing over Reellestá patentado ReellTorq® technology. At only 15 grams, it is 1/3 the weight of a comparable metal hinge.

The MH12 is a zero-adjustment, long life, drop-in replacement for existing adjustable constant torque positioning hinges, so it may already fit in your existing applications.

The MH14 positioning hinge features a conventional door hinge configuration with 270° of rotation. 

This molded-nylon hinge is designed to provide a smooth quality feel and is available in 12 torques from to 1.4 to 5.8 N-m (12,4 - 51.3 lb-in).

Molded from glass filled nylon, with torques up to 8 N-m, and a full 270° range of motion, the MH15 has the strength to work in large applications. It is available with an asymmetric torque design, which allows for easy adjustment in one direction without compromising position control in the other, making it ideal for high-torque vertical mounting applications like hatches, covers and lids.

For horizontal mounting applications, the MH15 is also available in a standard symmetric torque configuration, with the same high-quality smooth feel you have come to expect from all Reell positioning hinges.

Designed as a conventional door-hinge with 270° of rotation, the MH13 features a durable lightweight glass-filled nylon housing over Reell’s patented ReellTorq® technology.

The MH13 is designed to provide exceptional performance between 1.0 and 3.0 N-m and can be the preferred solution for applications in that torque range.

The MH18 is the first molded nylon hinge to feature Reell's 'One-way' torque technology.

'One-way' torque eliminates nearly all the torque required to move the hinge in one direction, without compromising the holding force in the other. This makes the MH18 ideal for heavy-duty vertical adjustment applications, where the hinge holds solidly against gravity in the downward direction, while remaining easy to adjust in the upward direction.

The MH18 is available with torques from 4.0 to 8.0 N-m and has a fully qualified life of 20,000 cycles, and it's glass-filled nylon housing is strong and lightweight, with a textured black finish that makes it cosmetically clean for applications where it will be visible to the end user.

With torques from 50 to 100 lb-in the PH35 is the largest Reell catalog hinge, and it's 20,000 life cycles provide long-lasting performance.

Reell's patented Model PHCA Aluminum hinge features a conventional door hinge configuration with 270° of rotation in an attractive, lightweight aluminum package. The PHCA provides a smooth feel of quality and consistent torques up to 2.79 N-m (24.7 lb-in) over the life of your application.

Its nominal weight of only 19.5 grams is less than half the weight of the equivalent zinc or steel hinge, making it ideal for aircraft and other transportation applications where weight is an important factor in product design.

Reell's Model PHL hinge features a conventional door hinge configuration with 270° of bracket rotation. The PHL provides a smooth feel of quality and consistent torques up to 3.39 N-m (30.0 lb-in) in a corrosion resistant package.
