Designed as a conventional door-hinge with 270° of rotation, the MH12 features a durable lightweight glass-filled nylon housing over Reellestá patentado ReellTorq® technology. At only 15 grams, it is 1/3 the weight of a comparable metal hinge.

The MH12 is a zero-adjustment, long life, drop-in replacement for existing adjustable constant torque positioning hinges, so it may already fit in your existing applications.

'One-way' torque eliminates nearly all the torque required to move the hinge in one direction, without compromising the holding force in the other. This makes the MH18 ideal for heavy-duty vertical adjustment applications, where the hinge holds solidly against gravity in the downward direction, while remaining easy to adjust in the upward direction.
