Reell Precision Manufacturing, a world leader in small package position and motion control, has been awarded the 2017 Minnesota Business Ethics Award (MBEA), an award that recognizes companies that exemplify high ethical standards.

“The 2017 MBEA recipients have demonstrated their tireless commitment to achieving and maintaining high ethical standards within their companies,” says Brian Volkmann, MBEA co-chair. “They strive to do what is best for all stakeholders while practicing sound business ethics.”

“This award is a great honor for Reell and recognizes the tireless effort exerted each day by our Coworkers to do business in a way that strives to uphold our values,” said Kyle Smith, Reell’s President and CEO.  “Our culture is the foundation of our business.  It serves to inform and influence every interaction with Coworkers, Customers, Shareholders, Suppliers as well as our Communities.”

The MBEA recognizes Minnesota businesses that exemplify and promote ethical conduct in the workplace, the marketplace and the community. Since its founding in 1999, the MBEA has recognized 52 Minnesota-based businesses, ranging in size from less than 10 employees to more than 150,000.  Reell also received the MBEA award in 2002 and went on to be awarded the American Business Ethics Award later that year.  For more information about the MBEA and a list of past MBEA recipients go to www.mnethicsaward.org.
