Reell's patented Model PHCA aluminum hinge features a conventional door hinge configuration with 270° of rotation. This attractive, lightweight aluminum hinge provides a smooth feel of quality and consistent torques up to 2.79 N-m (24.7 lb-in) over the life of your application.
The PHCA has a nominal weight of only 19.5 grams — less than half the weight of the equivalent zinc or steel hinge — making it the ideal lightweight hinge for aircraft and other transportation doors, cabinets, compartments, and lids where weight is an important factor in product design.
