Reell offer 3 different Torque Insert families to meet different application requirements:

  • TI100 Series: available in 5 different sizes, are overmolded torque inserts, each with a range of torque options, similar to our MH hinges that work well for plastic and cast assemblies.
  • TI200 Series: available in 2 different sizes, enable designers to overmold the insert directly into their assemblies, especially cost effective for high volume, molded applications.
  • TI300 Series: available in 4 different sizes, are our most basic design and work well for metal assemblies due to their simple, circular mounting port.
