The Reell TI-140 is a symmetric, medium-torque glass-filled nylon positioning insert with 360° rotation, a 30,000-cycle life, and permanent press-fit and removable installation.
Reell’s TI-140 Torque Inserts feature a molded glass-filled nylon package configuration with 360° of rotation. It is available with torques from 1.4-4.2 N-m and is available in both a single-fin and dual-fin mounting configuration.
Primarily intended for permanent press fit installation in a variety of materials, the TI-140 may also be slip fit into alternate geometry and secured with fasteners, which allows the part to be easily removed during design and prototyping.
