The Reell TI-120 torque insert offers permanent press-fit or removable installation, made with glass-filled nylon, 360° rotation, and low-torque, symmetric positioning.
Reell’s TI-120 Torque Inserts feature a molded glass-filled nylon package configuration with 360° of rotation. It is available with torques from 0.25-1.2 N-m and is available in both a single-fin and dual-fin mounting configuration.
Primarily intended for permanent press fit installation in a variety of materials, the TI-120 may also be slip fit into alternate geometry and secured with fasteners, which allows the part to be easily removed during design and prototyping.
