TI-100 Series Full Torque Inserts

TI-100 Series Full Torque Inserts

Description

Reell’s TI-100 Series of torque inserts feature a molded glass-filled nylon package configuration with 360° of rotation. Designed to be press fit into a variety of materials, TI-100 Series small torque insert friction hinges are available in five package sizes with torques from 0.25-6.0 N-m.

The TI-150 and TI-160 feature Reell's exclusive "One-way" torque technology, which eliminates nearly all the torque required to move in one direction, without compromising the holding force in the other. This makes them ideal for heavy-duty vertical adjustment applications, where the small torque insert friction hinge holds solidly against gravity in the downward direction, while remaining easy to adjust in the upward direction.

All TI-100 Series small torque insert friction hinges feature Reell's patented ReellTorq® technology, which ensures consistent smooth long-life position control without adjustment.
